The Priority Funding Opportunity proposal application requires applying agencies to demonstrate how their proposed program’s primary focus and program impact (outcomes) are directly aligned with the following community indicators: Delinquency Referral Rate, School Disciplinary Referral Rate, School Absenteeism Rate and Academic Performance.
Proposals will be submitted via our online platform, The Hub. Bidder's Conferences for this proposal will be MANDATORY to attend. Two opportunities will be offered. Please register to attend on November 15th or December 6th. Proposals will be due by Noon on January 15, 2024.
Funding for programs selected will begin October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. Program funding is on a monthly reimbursement basis. Additionally, all CSCSLC funded programs must participate in the program components of The Hub which is a web-based computer application into which funded Providers enter program participant, attendance and performance information.
Applying Agencies should review the Program and Funding Policies. Please contact a member of the Children's Services Council Program Team if you have any questions.
